In order to gain full access to the content and services offered by us on the website, it is necessary for the user to register on the website by filling in the registration form. Registration will allow the user to purchase goods and services. The form contains a number of categories, including, e.g. data that allows identifying the user (personal data).

 

The Service Provider processes personal data provided by the User of the www.hydroland.com.pl in a manner consistent with the scope of the consent granted by the User and the requirements of the law, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), in particular safeguards users’ personal data against unauthorized access, loss or damage.

Hydroland hereby informs you that it never asks for an e-mail address in the content of the e-mail or other personal data of the User, and does not transmit, sell or lend the collected personal data of users to other persons or institutions, unless this is done with the express consent or at the request of the user in connection with the performance of the contract for the sale of goods and services and the delivery in a manner specified by the User, or at the request of authorized authorities of the State, for the purposes of their proceedings.

 

Hydroland declares that, regardless of the registration procedures, it collects information regarding the connection of the user’s terminal equipment to hydroland’s technical infrastructure, services, including: computer and login information of the so-called, system logs containing the date, time of visit and IP number of the computer from which the connection was made, and data on page viewership statistics, traffic to and from individual sites. The above actions are aimed at improving the Services and adapting them to the user’s needs.

 

When you contact Hydroland via website, phone, email, etc. provide the company with personal data, e.g. name, surname, email address, and Hydroland will process them in accordance with the purpose of their transfer by the User, including under the terms of the legal notes indicated under the forms.

 

When you visit the website, data about such visit is automatically collected, e.g. IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, or data used for the geographical location of the user, for technical purposes, related to the administration of portal servers, as well as for statistical purposes, for demographic analysis of users.

Pursuant to Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1 18 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204), we may be required to issue information including in particular the IP number of the computer contained in the access logs on request authorized under the law of the state authorities for the purposes of their proceedings.

Manner and purpose of data use, user rights

By placing an order in the Online Store and/or registering, and/or subscribing to the newsletter, and/or by contacting the Service Provider by e-mail, telephone or via the contact form, the User provides the Service Provider with his/her personal data.

 

In case of contact with the Service Provider, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Service Provider, consisting in performing the sales contract and/or taking steps to conclude a sales contract (contact with the User) and building positive relations with the Users of the Service. When it comes to registration on the Website and/or signing up for the newsletter, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the User’s consent.

 

The User’s personal data is used by the Service Provider only for the purpose for which they were provided by the User: the need of contacting the User – for the period of contact with the User, and/or performance of the sales contract – for the period of the Service Provider’s liability under the warranty, and/or sending by e-mail information of an advertising, commercial, marketing (newsletter) nature – until the subscription of the newsletter is undone.

 

The controller of personal data is the Service Provider. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of contacting the User and/or performing a sales contract, and/or sending a newsletter. Personal data provided to the Service Provider will not be transferred to third parties for any purpose other than those indicated in the Terms of Service www.hydroland.pl without the user’s prior separate consent.

 

The Service Provider also informs that the User has at any time the right to data portability, the right to access the content of personal data and the possibility to correct them, object to the processing of data, and consent to the processing of data may be revoked by the User at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

 

You also have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
